Adult Education Courses: Adult Literacy /Adult Education located at 1500 JFK Blvd. Call 215-686-5250 to make an appointment to come in for an individual assessment test.
Center for Literacy: 399 Market Street (Corner of 4th and Market St. Inside the Colonial Penn Building, 2nd Floor.) Residents call 215-474-1235 to set up an appointment for an assessment. Residents must be 16 years or older, have a PA address, and be committed to attending a 15 week semester.
